Standing up for the right to life is a noble thing to do. Those who march do this in the public eye. At the National March for Life, tens of thousands of people march to show that they do not condone abortion. As Catholics, being pro-life is hand in hand with our faith. The biggest way to show this is by marching for the unborn babies. MODG student Gemma Criste talks about her experience at this year’s March for Life.
Who did you attend the March with?
I went to the March with a group of friends and my brother.
Did you march with any particular group?
We were going to March with Christendom College, but the buses got canceled because of the weather.
How many years have you gone to the March?
I think this is my fourth March that I have gone to.
What was your favorite part?
Hearing all of the women talking about how Pregnancy Centers helped them through their struggles and how they are so grateful that they were there. Some of the speaker’s stories are just… SO incredible!
