Grilled Cheese
If you enjoy cheese then this quick, easy to make recipe is for you.
For a trial run with the recipe before sharing it with critic family and friends you’ll need:
- Two slices of sandwich bread (any brand).
- One stick of butter (any brand).
- Yellow American Cheese/White American Cheese
(whichever one you prefer most)
- And an oven, air frier, or microwave.
- Aluminum foil.
Now that you have all of the items required you can get to cooking:
- First take the two bread slices out and put them on a plate.
- Next take the stick of butter and cut two small squares out and put one on each slice.
- If your cooking in an air frier/oven preheat to 350 degrees. While preheating, the bread and butter will become softer allowing you to cook them easier. Once your air frier/oven is preheated put the two slices in and wait until the butter has melted and then remove both slices and place them on a plate. Remember not to spill that warm melted butter!
- If you are cooking with a microwave then just put the two slices in and set the timer for one minute. When the timer goes off take the bread out. Again, remember not to spill the butter!
- Now take out the cheese and the aluminum foil.
- Take two cheese slices and place them on one slice of bread (make sure the bread slice with cheese is the bottom slice of the two). Take the other slice and place it on top of the first slice.
- Wrap both slices of bread in the aluminum foil and set a timer for five minutes.
- Place the bread slices into your air frier, microwave, or oven and start the timer.
- When the timer goes off, take the now Grilled Cheese sandwich out (remember to have an oven mitt because the aluminum foil will be hot), and check to make sure that the cheese is completely melted, if not, cook for another minute or two depending on how melted you want it, then it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
