Easy Blender Salsa

I got this recipe from here: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Easy-Blender-Salsa/Detail.aspx?evt19=1 I did change it a little based on taste and on reviewer comments.

salsa oneIngredients:
2 (14.4 ounce) cans diced tomatoes (I used two 10 oz cans of rotel tomatoes and one 14.4 can of diced tomatoes)
1 jalapeno chile, seeds and ribs removed (I did not use this since I used rotel tomatoes.)
2-5 cloves garlic, depending how much you want
1/2 yellow onion, quartered
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice (the original recipe calls for lemon juice)
salt to taste

salsa twoDirections:
Pour one can (or both rotel tomato cans), jalapeno pepper (if you use it), garlic, onion, cilantro leaves, lime juice, and salt into a blender. Blend for about 7-10 seconds, until pretty smooth.
Next, add in the last can of tomatoes, and blend it for 2-3 seconds. Add in whatever you want according to your tastes. I added in pretty much more of everything. I also actually added some lightly diced onions and fresh tomatoes. Be careful not too blend it too much after the first time to keep it thick and chunky. Let it sit for one-half hour before serving.
